How to log in and out of call queues

1. Log into your 3CX Web Client with you extension number and password: 

2. One logged in - click on your profile in the top right hand corner. Clicking on this will present you with the following options:


3. Select the 'login to queue' option to login to the call queue:


4. To log out of the call queue simply navigate to the same menu by clicking on your profile in the top right hand corner.  Then select 'logout from queue':
